Room was very clean staff at check in weren’t very friendly and didn’t say anything about ice machine or WiFi or say welcome or hello

Easy check in. Nice and friendly staff. Looked pretty clean. Air conditioner was EXCELLENT. Even being by the interstate, we slept well. Breakfast was ok, but options were few when we got there at 9:30 (closed at 10). I think all hotels could do better on coffee. Also the hair dryer was not that great. Overall we’d stay again.

Close to Great American Ball Park yet far enough to avoid the higher prices. Bed was comfortable, black out curtains and the breakfast was actually really good. Polite staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The AC unit needs a good clean. I could smell mold every time I took a breath. I finally left at 1 a.m. because I couldn't take it any longer. With that said, I have stayed in other rooms at this hotel and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately, I can't stay here again knowing that the AC units are problematic.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast offered a good selection. Free parking Toilet was clogged upon our arrival and then we had to flush twice every time we used it. Maintenance that had been done was not great, such as caulk in shower and drywall patch behind bathroom door. One of the elevators was making a grinding noise.

Staff was friendly, room very clean. Great value and would highly recommend. Didn’t eat breakfast but it was basic items for a morning starter.

I wish they had shuttle to the airport.

It was on the way The desk clerk was rude and inattentive. Tub was wobbly and seemingly unsafe.

Room were great I asked for a late checkout and they me to wake up and call the first desk in the a.m. never had that happen. I definitely will never stay here again.

The room had a nice high ceiling that made it feel really spacious. We were able.to park close to where the room was so we could see the car. But it felt like a very safe area, so we weren't really worried. The bathroom was a bit dated. We were in a handicap accessible room even though we didn't need it. The bathroom was one big tiled floor, with a drain in the shower area and a drain near the sink area. The showerhead was handheld and on a rail so you could raise it up and down. However, the issue was that the part where it attached faced directly AT the center of the shower curtain. There was no way to keep the water from spraying at the curtain and pushing it out. Water got everywhere, and the bathtoim wasn't big enough to put your stuff far enough away from spraying water. I put my things (toiletries, clothes) outside the bathroom on the floor while I showered. Outlet by one side of the bed didn't work.

Cleanliness, quiet. It was a terrible design choice to install a smoke detector directly above the bed. Its constantly flashing green light illuminated the room throughout the night shone directly into my eyes making it difficult to fall asleep.

Twice now I’ve stayed at this hotel. Very clean, great staff and close to eveything
