Clean and comfortable

Very helpful staff, quick response to notice of broken hot tub, excellent location. It was easy to get to running / biking routes as well as walk to several restaurants.

I've stayed at "dog friendly" hotels I;the past. This property goes above and beyond. Reasonable rates, great location, and clean.

I was impressed that the hotel had really thought about customers with disabilities and elderly customers. I noticed that there were 2 peepholes on the room doors, safety bars in the tub, and a safety stool for the shower/tub. My father is a senior citizen and a couple of these features were helpful for him. The breakfast could’ve been better. I was surprise that for how nice the hotel was, the breakfast wasn’t that great because of the lack of options. I also heard other customers saying similar things.

Hot tub was kind of cloudy and gross. Wish there was some privacy for the pool area from all the room windows. Our lower floor accessible room was ok. Shower sucks. Gets the floor soaked cuz the curtain isn’t long enough to touch the floor. And it wasn’t done well so it looks like there is definitely water damage happening in the floor etc. found a centipede on our last morning and put it outside. Plus side though- coffee all night long in the lobby was a treat! It was good coffee too. Not overly bitter and always tasted fresh. The breakfast was good also. A few more pastry options would improve it I think. But the waffle station was nice. The side entrance door near our room wouldn’t work in the day for some reason but worked at night. Overall we had a good stay and the town is lovely and the weather was wonderful. Thank you.

We were only able to stay one night, but it was a great night's rest. Our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. We didn't get to stay for breakfast as we had to check-out early and get back on the road. But the gentleman at the front desk, Shree, was so friendly! He offered us something to take with us (yogurt and fruit). We would very much recommend staying there. Also, the shower pressure was perfect (very rare)!

Room was comfortable and clean. Higher ratings would have been given if there was a hair dryer and there were problems with drainage of the bathroom sink. Upon request they did deliver a hair dryer.

Big, clean rooms! Elevator on every floor. The lobby is large, the internet speeds are perfectly fine, the breakfast is good for an American hotel (you get to make waffles, but there is a lack of fresh fruit options for the waffles). The staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Nothing
