Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence

I just thought the hotel is looking its age Bed and bathroom were clean. I know next time I will spend more money will book a better hotel. I will not be staying here again

Room was very cozy and cool. The ac was working wel. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Parking was great as well the parking lot had good lighting.

the bed was comfortable and the adjustable air conditioning was appreciated. however, i did notice a strange smell in the entirety of the building but also in my room. the bathroom sink underneath the rim had some mold, i had a few stains on my bed sheets, and surfaces including the tv remote could’ve been wiped down. other than that, it was an okay stay for 2 nights.

Easy to get in and out great location

Due to my air conditioner being fixed, I stayed for one night and had no complaints. The attendant at the front desk was courteous and made check-in a breeze. The room was clean and there were no disturbances. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Everything was good except that my husbands bike got stolen. I feel like y'all need more security.

I enjoy staying at this hotel in which I always stay in once I’m in the Florence South Carolina area. It’s clean, safe and well maintained. I love the breakfast in the morning time with a lot of good options. The staff is friendly and nice and if you have any problems, they address it properly. My room was clean and it was pet friendly. The out side was ok. The main problem I had was the person that checked me in asked are you sure you need a handicap room. I was in a motorcycle accident last September. I crushed my heel and broke a few more bones, so it's still hard for me to walk and it swells bad. So what he said was real inconsiderate.

The door to exit. The shower makes weird noises, the staff is ENTIRELY rude especially the manager. I also seen several bugs throughout the building.

Quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Active water leak in hallway by elevator. Bathroom had newer countertop and cabinet facings but still felt run down/dingy. Lighting seemed dim. Caulking obviously re-done many times. Tub faucet dripped and was extended out at least an inch from the tub (not flush mounted). Human hairs on shower surround.

Everything was perfect. The room was super comfortable and it was so quiet. I’d move in there if I could.

The second shift manger has a bad attitude

staff and location the general age of hotel gave it a run down shabby vibe toilet not bolted to floor properly, hole in bathroom wall patched with caulk not spackle bed way to soft freight train in middle of night
