The coffee was cold when I left in the morning.

Customer service was great I had a smooth check in and check out the hotel was clean the rooms where very clean the pool water was a lil too cold so we didn’t get in but other then that the stay was wonderful

Booked and prepaid through Expedia. Got to hotel and they said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us and there was nothing they could or would do about it.

We arrived At 345 pm and a king bed room was not ready. We waited until 445 pm. We were offered no compensation for the hr wait. Some if the safe were inappropriate taking about their “baby Daddy”. Upon arrival the coffee was cold and one tea bag. Breakfast was clean and plentiful however the bananas were terrible. The room was difficult to regulate the temperature. And the sink plug/stopper was missing. Bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows very lumpy.

The hotel lost power the morning we were leaving, so we were not able to enjoy the breakfast and had to use the stairs instead of the elevator. a generator would be nice to have for the hotel

Room was clean. Area was not tourist and questionable.

The HVAC worked well. The room is compact but efficient and functional. The floors are "hard" surface. It's nice to put your feet on something soft when getting out of bed. I liked the solid carpet in front of the door in the hallway, creating a visual cue as you look down the hallway, consider inlaying room numbers there as an easier way to navigate.

The location was great off the highway and easy to get back on highway The smell of dogs and smoke. The floor in the room was slippery and my white socks were extremely dirty.

Great amenities the lobby was huge and really nice.

Our stay was amazing! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the areas provided for sitting in the lobby also it was very modern coffee shop / computer hang out vibes.
