Very charing property, great location (was able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Fort Collins). I loved everything about this property except that the room was too warm at night and there wasn't a good way to get the temperature down. There was a window AC unit that was very noisy, and a ceiling fan that only seemed to run at full blast. The blankets were also very heavy winter blankets, so was kind of hot at night. Other than that though, I loved the property and the service was great.

This is my absolute fave when staying in Fort Collins, and cannot rave about it enough! This B&B is cozy, immaculate, comfortable, safe, quiet, amazing staff & spectacular breakfast! Only about 5 min for downtown for shopping and restaurants. It’s a must stay!

Staff great, rooms are cute and clean. Great location to downtown. Just know you can hear other occupants showering, talking and moving about the hotel. Stairs are really creaky.

Excellent choice for B&B. Clean updated rooms and facilities in a 1904 structure. Great communication and customer service. Easy walk to shops and dining on College Ave. Highly recommend.

Cooked breakfast = OKAY Very cumbersome registration process, never got our key code on time, booked through booking but the house kept asking for more information. Too finicky.
