This is an awesome hotel that would have gotten a much better review IF there was not one ginormous problem. The staff was great in every area of the hotel that we used. The bartender was amazing and the executive lounge offered good breakfast, beverages, and snacks. We were not there during the week to experience the nightly reception. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had good pillows and toiletries. The negative during our stay was a big one, at least for that time period. The hotel was sold out, with major conventions and all of the ballrooms etc., in use. There was only ONE working elevator. The wait to move up and down floors, within the hotel, was 10 minutes or more EACH TIME. We were there for a wedding and a lot of activities outside of the hotel, so we had to come and go A LOT. The elevator situation was not resolved in the 4 days we were there. That seems shameful for a huge, higher end, hotel brand, like Hilton!! I do not believe there couldn't have been service provided to that elevator in 4 days, if they cared about the problem and their guests. It was a major inconvenience that was seemingly ignored, except for a paper we're sorry sign on its door.

Brand and rate def didn't align with the quality but I did sleep well. Pillows were great!!
-
As expected. Nice location.

I left a few things behind in my hotel room. Afterward, I couldn’t get the hotel to tell me whether those items had been found—not by phone, not by email, and not through a colleague on site. There was never anyone there who could help me. That’s either incompetence or a lack of concern!!!

We love this hotel and the location. Paying for parking isn’t the best and the train can be annoying at night.
-
We stayed from Friday to Sunday and were disappointed that of the 2 elevators one was out of order the entire stay. Made for long waits.

My friend said she felt like royalty!

The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We were also upgraded to the executive room that included breakfast.

One elevator was broken for the entire stay. Other elevator stopped and one person had to be rescued by fire department. We had to use the stairs. Also the handle to our sink fell off.

Love this place it’s a great place to stay location of fantastic , near my daughter’s apartment. There is a walking trail close by and lots of restaurants. Staff is always great and the property is well maintained, there are views of the mountains, and the barista always remembers my drink order , she is great !

A nice 3 star hotel. The rooms were large. The hotel need a reno. Stayed for 3 nights and 1 of the 2 elevators was not working.

Be prepared to pay parking.
-
Lots of amenities for the cost. Extremely helpful staff.

Everything was wonderful - except for one thing. In a nine-story hotel, the elevator makes a big difference. The hotel had one elevator only, the other one was out of service for an extended time. Management indicated that it could be months until it was fixed. For that I gave the hotel two stars. Gross inconvenience.
