Room was clean, check in was quick and easy, shuttle to cruise terminal was on time clean and fast.

Staff very rude mad that she had a job (Simone) room was not very sanitary sheets and pillowcase was stained, noise and weed smoke outside my door all night not a safe location

The room was large and clean but the hotel is old. It was fine for a1 night stay close to the cruise port but it wouldn't be my first choice for a longer stay.

The staff was very accommodating.

More like a motel class and the hotel and room were pretty aged. Hardly saw any staff smiling throughout the stay. The only good thing was the price paid for and proximity to FLL airport and the cruise port shuttle.

Room was what was expected for the price. Then free shuttle to cruise terminal.

Very useful for an overnight before cruise.

You can tell that this is an older hotel but it is very well maintained. Very clean, a fabulous pool & very helpful, nice staff. Great for the price!

The staff was amazing. The room smelled heavily of bleach, which we later realized was the sheets, it was VERY STRONG. The bathroom was not clean, public hair in the shower and the shower head was gross. The water also only got lukewarm warm. The floor throughout the room was also dirty. Had we not been so exhausted we would have left. The only saving grace was the friendly staff.
