This oceanfront, family-owned resort is located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Features include 3 beach-view restaurants, 7 beach bars with specialty tropical cocktails, and a heated outdoor pool. All guestrooms include a private balcony with ocean views and an indoor seating area with a sofa bed. A microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine are also provided. Lani Kai exceeded my expectations for my Fort Myers beach trip! I was there solo and had everything I needed and more throughout my stay. My room was ocean facing and had a beautiful view. I was able to sit out on my balcony and enjoy coffee or a beer while reading my book. The beach was SO accessible and easy to grab chair/umbrella rentals. It wasn't anything super luxurious or top of the line. But everything about my stay was comfortable. I loved the location, food options, bar options. Can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing. Rooms are updated and clean. The Italian restaurant is also amazing.

Did not like the fact of buying a beach chair for $11 a day. I personally think that should be included in the resort fee. Charge for an umbrella if you must charge for something, but a chair, come on. Also would be nice to order more than one drink at the beach/bar at a time.

Room was clean but shower and faucet never put out hot water. Was lukewarm at best. After the second night, housekeeping had still not been to the room to clean the room or bring clean towels. Front desk clerk said that we had to call to request housekeeping. But they never told us this at checkin. It would be nice to have coffee makers in the rooms. Staff were mostly polite and helpful. Enjoyed our stay but a few improvements would have made it excellent.

Great views, wonderful food! Amenities were great, we were ocean front with a great balcony! We had a great trip! Clean rooms also! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a nice, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the beach, which was lovely - great view! There was a small kitchen area and table to eat at. Shower was outdated and the lighting wasn't good over the bathroom sink/mirror. Beds were very low and small.The building was run down in general, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Sundeck Restaurant on the roof was great. Location was very fun and convenient.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary and we had so much fun Best vacation ever. Staff was so friendly. The beach view 10/10. Rooms were clean.

I love this resort and this was our second trip as a group. Understanding they are still getting back to where they were before with staff was expected, but a few things were miscommunicated or not communicated. We were not told the island view was closing or we would have made it up on our trip before it closed for renovations because we loved it prior to Ian. Check in was easy and our room was ready early, we were allowed to change, and our bags were secured until we could check in so we could enjoy this beautiful resort. Trying to get housekeeping to get fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash removed from our room was miscommunicated by staff multiple times. One time with me going to the front desk, being told it was done, getting to the room, and it wasn’t done. We tried to be minimal with requests and swept our own room daily just to add less stress to staff with something so easy. The rooms are beautiful, we like the suites, and love our room above the bar to enjoy the music from our balcony. Even with the hiccups on this trip, I would still recommend this resort time and time again.

I was looking for a front beach stay and this place got it my bigger concern was the mattress they are very uncomfortable we could not sleep at all during our staying big big problem 😡😡
