Too crowded and too loud

Son unos mentirosos y estafadores me cobraron un deposito de $150 lo cual me informaron que lo regresaban despues del checkout el dia junio/15/2026 pero no sucedio hoy es dia junio/21/2026 y todavia no lo recibo

I like everything

$35 per day parking, there’s nowhere at the resort to park free, the resort fee $45 per day may or may not be charged up front depending how you book, they also hold $100 per day incidental for each day you are there. Knowing upfront would have made my review better.

Great place

The resort is beautiful and it’s the perfect location. We only had one bad encounter during the 5 nights we were there. It was with an employee in the License to Chill bar on our last night. Someone else took our order and was helping us. He then got my husband another drink and that’s when everything became confusing and a mess. He asked our last name multiple times confusing it with other customers - kept getting our tab confused with others- we had a charge on our bill that wasn’t ours. He walked away- told us it was “their fault” his coworkers. He kept asking the room number and he would repeat it as the wrong number multiple times after being corrected. Finally requested someone else assist us. She was helpful. The staff in valet, bellhop, and on the beach were amazing. Housekeeping does a wonderful job as well. Would come back for sure. Wish there was an option for all- inclusive like the one in Mexico.

Front desk staff was a great help. Check in/out was swift. Drinks were great and atmosphere was nice.

Friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a resort. Everyone truly seems to happy and excited to be there. So much to do whether an adult or child.

Beautiful hotel but everything costs a fortune. You can’t have a cooler on the beach or water bottles. They want you to buy from them which is expensive. If you can afford to buy from them everyday it’s great but if you are on a budget then I would find someplace else.

We had a room with a view of the ocean. Everything was clean and staff was very nice.

Exceptional

Loved this resort. Pool was fantastic, very large with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Staff was very friendly and the multiple bars and restaurants on the property were great. Everything around the resort is walkable, never had to drive anywhere. Chairs and umbrellas at the beach are included. Very dog friendly as we ended up bringing ours. Highly recommend.

We had a nice time. Food in restaurants was terrible:( The service was wonderful, but lunch at LauDe Da and breakfast at License to Chill was terrible. Even the coffee was very watered down. Not good flavor. We were given a schedule of activities, but staff didn’t specify e-bikes were free for hotel guest! We discovered this when we were leaving at valet station. Would have been fun to do. I did want to mention the pool staff and waitress were amazing! Always walking around asking if we needed anything. We were also disappointed movie nights were only on Tuesday’s (day we left). Maybe Sunday nights might be a better day.

The staff at the pool was extremely rude. Specifically the cabana and the bartenders
