Extended Stay America Suites Fort Wayne South

Could use some updates. But it was ok. 2nd floor smelled like pot. Our floor was sticky, but room was clean. Says quiet time starts at 10 but people above us had kids running around their room all night.

Good stay! Room was clean and the hotel felt safe.

The friendly staff Breakfast wasn't a real breakfast. Location sucks... not much to do in walking distance. Not many channels on cable, fridge didn't work.

Convenient to airport Very run down. Could hear people talking through the walls. Bathroom fixtures need replaced, they just looked dirty. Everything looked run down. I felt like I was not safe by myself staying here.

I loved it all

Grab and go breakfast, nothing delicious. The smell in the room was quite unpleasant. It seemed like a strong fragrance was being used to mask the smell of smoke, which made the room very uncomfortable.

Very dirty. Front desk staff was nice at check in but when we got to the room it was so dirty that we left and went to a different hotel. Hairs in the sheets and pillows on both beds. Hairs in the sinks, dirt on the table and chairs, etc. contacted the hotel about a refund but no response.

Shower was broken, fridge doors were on backwards so hard to open. Breakfast was packets of oatmeal, granola bar and coffee.

This hotel was one of the cleanest, friendliest, and best air conditioned that my family and I have stayed at for awhile. The only complaint would be that they only had a grab and go breakfast. A full service would be so much better!

The location was good and the staff was friendly. Hallways are dark and dirty. Some of the areas of the room were dilapidated. The halls had a general smell of smoke and marijuana.

The room was dirty when I arrived and smelled like cigaret smoke. I purchased febreeze and Lysol room deodorizer spray and nothing killed the smell. My window was off the tracks I don’t even think it fit properly. The shower and sink were painted with something not natural tub and shower finish I asked them to clean the room and they did.
