Wonderful staff, very polite, helpful and went above and beyond for a few requests. Hotel appeared run down, our room was out-dated and carpet and bathroom needed more thorough cleaning. So some positives and negatives with our stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, which made check-in and any questions easy to handle. The hotel was clean—I’d rate it about a 4 out of 5—and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to nearby shopping, which was a big plus. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it got the job done. Overall, a solid stay and I would consider coming back.

The room I got smelled like smoke. There were no bags in the trash cans. Couldn't figure out how to use the WiFi. Don't think it was worth the $110/night

The check in staff member was working hard, trying his best. The key card system was not working so a line at check in and each time going to the room required an escort to let you in the room.

Tiles in bathroom broken, no internet , no key cards working, room was freezing and the. When out heat on the burning smell last all night . No where close to a 3 star
