Front desk staff was amazing

There is no coffee in the room.

Don’t expect to watch TV. We could not figure out how to get it to play anything. I think they have internet problems. But, I wouldn’t know since I could not get it to log in by any method. I’m not planning to visit Ft worth for a while so it doesn’t really matter.

Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Front desk checked us in with a smile. Made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great! A/C kept us cool. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and was understanding in making sure that my pets weren’t bothered and was helpful in making sure that we were comfortable

The staff is always friendly and helpful and will help you out if you need anything. The room was nice and clean and the staff was so kind in letting you have a pet

Very clean. Conveniently located. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels. Highly recommend. Oh and a good breakfast also!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate the great hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The only complaint is that the house keeper didn’t provide clean towels a couple times other than that it was great

Very noisy-group there were still making noise at 1:30-I did call the front desk and I think they took car of it-it did finally stop. The room was worn looking-bathtub white finish chipped off, different things just looked a little worn

Very close to event Noice level, security, dirty People knocking on my door and running. Outside traffic noise all night and day. No security never saw front staff. Front lobby very dirty.

Room was extremely hot when we arrived and we never got our room cleaned or fresh towels! That’s ridiculous!
