The mgt staff were wonderful! Housekeeping kept us in fresh towels. Liked that it was walking distance for food Needs an ashtray outside. Lots of cigarette butts. Shady characters in parking lot

Great place for the price. Location was great even to a Rangers game. No complaints.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. The room was clean. The a/c unit would not adjust. We had to manually turn the unit on and off. The "kitchenette" was very inadequate.

There was no breakfast. The restaurant was close by and was very good. The pizza restaurant was excellent! & walkable distance. The hotel was pretty quiet for sleeping. The staff was very nice & helpful. The temp in tge room was good. Continental breakfast would be nice. Covered parking would have helped. We were in a hail storm with tornado warnings all around us

They accepted pets. No one cleaned up after the pets. Everywhere smelled like wet dogs. The Hotel charged me extra money and called it a booking fee.

Very terrible service they had dogs in the whole 3 floor couldn’t even enjoy

Very clean but lacked basic things that I would generally expect at hotels. There was no couch in the room. Also, the AC had not been turned on at all in advance so it took the room about 3 hrs to cool down to 71. It was worth the price that I paid I guess as it was about 50 dollars cheaper per night than neighboring hotels.

The staff were all very friendly. The building looked to be fairly new. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was nice. The bed - it was horrible. We did see a homeless person hanging out upon arriving. My husband killed a small bug in the bathroom and we saw another already dead bug in bathroom. Smell of curry upon arriving and when we woke up.

Room was so dirty, was told they’d clean it, when we came back it was still dirty. Ended up checking out because even the bed sheets were stained and had hair everywhere.
