I was charged $70 extra dollars got $20 back when I checked out don’t understand what the other $50 was for

The bed had a drip in the center. Was like laying in a hammock. This was NOT enjoyable.

Clean room, typical breakfast buffet. However, they charge for self-parking.

Deborah from the front desk was kind. The manager was useless. The room was missing basic necessities. The door was crooked and we could hear people in the hall til late.

The staff helped sell us on the hotel, the hotel engineer insisted I try the omelette, which was amazing, great location, front desk to house keeping were all very nice, won’t stay anywhere else, too easy and safe!

Very nice hotel and staff was nice but I didn’t get the room I paid for.. we were told we got an upgrade because they oversold rooms but our upgrade was a 2 queen room when I booked and wanted the king room.

Beautiful open clean lobby! We were welcomed with live music and the lobby smelled amazing and fresh!

The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast has a variety of options as well as made to order choices.

All of our friends were able to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. No big deal-but the staff member at check in said she would waive our parking fee since we had to wait. Very kind-but it wasn’t waived and we were still charged.
