Motel 6 Frederick, MD - Fort Detrick

I reserved a non smoked room but they gave us a smoking room which was terrible. We asked for exchange with a non smoked room but they didn’t have any other room

Need to replace the one staff that for sure more people complain in the past

Just ok for a short stay.

One of the worst stays I booked in my life, and the worst facility with false promises and provided room and amenities. They give smoked room even though we asked for non smoking since we had 4 kids to stay, overall terrible and not recommended for families and non-smoking people.

Updated rooms must’ve happened a long time ago. No fridge. No coffee maker. No tissues. Bare bones to say the least. Remote didn’t work and staff didn’t have new batteries either. Mattress was full of holes. It was disgusting. Never will stay there again

Check in at 3pm staff was terrible for sure need to be replaced. I they were recibe complain before about the same staff. Look like they don’t care . Thanks

The roof didn't leak .... Free parking Bed was marginally okay #1) Internet supposedly free but UNUSEABLE; could not get on because of limited 'space' We needed access to the Internet for work; could not do anything work related !! #2) Mold in bathroom = Yuk!! #3) Room not set up for the comfort of -2- individuals #4) One of the two lamps in the room did NOT WORK ! #5) Ice machine does not work #6) No clock in the room #7) No Hot Water (f/shower) !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient. Was just off our route. It looked clean at first. But walked through bear foot and bottom of my feet was black

Nothing The room had an odor, there was a crack in the ceiling and I felt the springs in the bed.

The drain in the sink wasn't working so we had to do it manually. Also it would have been nice to have a second chair in the room.

One single solitary functioning ice machine in the entire hotel located in a remote corner of the 3rd floor. Outside door maintenance more than a little scarry with what looked like hammer or battering ram blows on some doors.

Rooms were sparse and had no extra furniture besides the bed. Bathroom facilities were in poor condition - toilet clogged, shower grungy, mold on shower curtain. No sound proofing in room due to the whole room being hard surfaces so you could hear everything around us. No toiletries except for bar soap. Price seemed high for such a bare basics room and experience.

I booked the room and had confirmation and when I drove all the way there they told me no availability... N I have to wait 7-12 days to get my money returned. Then I call booking .app customer service n they sucked also. All I kept hearing "for this one" it drove me nuts. Almost like "and then...." On one of those dumb movies .

Just the location to 15 Ants in the room , black mold, not enough towels the floors were dirty, we requested multiple times to have our rooms in joined rooms we had 6 kids with us and 4 of them were under 3 they had a room between us and one of the rooms we had was a joined with the single person, very sketch people around as well we ran out of toilet paper as well and they said they didn’t have any more to give us thank god for baby wipes

Was probably the nastiest room I’ve stayed in ever. Bathroom sink still had the previous user shave cream and hairs in it as it did drain from the prior tenant before me. Toilet Was leaking around the wax seal and it’s been leaking a long time. From what I could tell an animal stayed in the room prior to me as it smelled like a wet dog. Disgusting. Staff had the motivation of molasses and done nothing. You’ve been warned.
