Was told the pool would be open for use once we arrived was told the pool was not open when we asked why not the manager came out and put a pad lock on the gate.

Convenient Almost clean The “breakfast “ is coffee and a waffle with cold cereal on the side. Not a good value. Overpriced for the quality and amenities. I could have stayed somewhere else for almost half the price with the same amenities

Staff was friendly Both beds have failing mattresses. There was a warn out hole in the mattress that was worse than a pot hole in a highway.

Night auditor was a little difficult to understand, shampoo was out in the shower, had to get out and retrieve a small bottle near sink, air conditioner was either too cold or too hot

•Pee on the wall •Bed Bugs present as well as bites •Rude and absent staff •Electrical wires exposed •Smell of Marginara in and outside of our rooms •Shower head leak, which caused water to spray all over the floor •Caught staff looking through windows of occupied rooms •Dirt and stains present all throughout the room •Says there’s complimentary breakfast, but barley any options were present •Staff entered our room early before check out time •Hole in the wall •Rooms reak of an un pleasant smell •Gum on the walls •Hasn’t passed or had a health inspection since 2019 P.S. no prices were ever listed or stated, pool was stated to be closed when we got there but showed it was open on the website, and there was a mattress laying in the middle of the gym floor (Like someone had been staying there).

Location for our stay in Gallatin was excellent. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was offered as part of the price of the room and included the basic essentials but could have used a few more items. The workout room needs a bit of attention with just three machines and the elliptical, although functional, didn't seem to be working as it should (and was not plugged in).

Comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast seemed to be not well stocked. If I remember the milk was empty and we had to ask for some.

The stay was pleasant and facility was clean and comfortable. Imorovement needed on your mor ing breakfast. Not enough variety and no protein at all.

Very clueless staff, very limited continental breakfast, tv didn't work, cockroach, pool is not open in March fyi, dirty exterior, very stained bedding, dirty bathroom, especially floor, electrical outlets in rooms are falling off. Would not recommend.
