Typical stay for the price. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was good.

Friendly staff. Hot Breakfast is good, but never changes. Some minor mechanical defects, that should have been corrected.

Very nice. The room was large and comfortable. The entire place smelled so good. It was definitely the cleanest and best smelling place I’ve stayed in.

Rooms are clean and spacious! However looking on the outside you may rethink your stay. Overall my stay was great.

We were in a corner room of the building. The wifi did not reach to our room, which was a major inconvenience. Other than that, the hotel was as advertised.

The price was a bit high. The pool floor had not been vacuumed.

So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken crock pot, 3 biscuits left just terrible. We ended up eating out. The place is overall in bad shape, needs paint job, needs cleaning. And perhaps it’s an Indian family that runs the place. Do not stay here, you will regret it.

The staff were smoking both cigarettes and weed all the time out front The smells came in the rm They’re were people who were clearly homeless Thankfully I had my his sand with me or I wouldn’t have stayed we’re only slept there don’t stay around Would never say again

We stayed here because they accepted pets. Our 2 dogs are crated. We were not told of what the additional fees were when we reserved the room. We were also not told we couldn’t leave them unattended even though they were crated. It looks like an older motel and it wasn’t kept up well. Most of the staff were nice, save one person. Won’t be staying there next visit to Gallatin

Room was in need of an update. Room door didn't seal tightly. It was okay for a short stay. Breakfast buffet had a large selection. All staff were friendly.

The room was cool. Shower was hot and lasted a long time. Clean room. TV didn't work.
