Candlewood Suites Galveston by IHG

I found a lot of hairs throughout the room- on the comforter, bathroom wall, sink.

The pool was very dirty I couldn't swim in a dirty pool

Close to Port of Galveston Location not great. Nothing interesting in walking distance.

I liked how friendly and nice the staff was. I didn’t like that one of the eyes on my stove in the kitchen area wasn’t working. I didn’t like that the tub was dirty I had to re clean it I didn’t like that it wasn’t as peaceful or quiet as I’d liked it to be

Smelled like urine!! Horrible!!

The parking wasn’t great but we managed

Ali was terrific, gave us great recommendations on places to eat and recreation. That is was located in front of the dump. An outdoors clean up crew is needed around the bbq area regularly.

Truck broken into in parking lot. Security cameras not working. From my understanding from other guest not the first time. Maybe they should hire Security at nite yo take care of parking lot

Great location for overnight stay before boarding a cruise ship. Would stay again

TV didn't work in the room and there was mold or mildew growing on one of the plug outlets.

The rooms where clean and the staff was friendly and I was over all very satisfied for th we price.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and supportive.They were attentive. They were nice. I mean you couldn’t ask for more. I actually have nothing that I didn’t like about the property. I mean, I loved it.

There was no breakfast They didnt offer breakfast

Guess service Pool was dirty and unable to be used
