We had 3 rooms . Tv would not work in one room, toilets stopped up in another room and A/C did not blow cold in the 3rd room. Night person working said she could get someone to work on things , but it would be over an hour before they could even arrive to help , This was at 10:30 pm . I asked to speak to the Manager and she said they would not be there until the next morning. She was not friendly or helpful at all and the next morning , the woman working stated the manager would not be there until the next day . I called hotels.com and Motel6 and none of them were able to help .

The ladies at the front desk are the best!!! So sweet and kind! Very helpful! The pool was very dirty, room was dirty and had a smell. I didn’t see any bugs but the room smelled like bug spray. Would not recommend. We only stayed one night but won’t again. The property needs a lot of upgrades and clean up.

Was not given the room types we reserved, one room had a chair, the other did not, one room had no hair dryer, the other did. Both bathrooms had mold and mildew in the showers, one shower was broken. Plumbing made horrible sounds at seemingly random times. Only positive about the experience was the price

Our room was clean and staff assisted us with our needs. The person at the desk was great. Very patient with my many questions. Friendly and helpful. There was adequate parking. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Maintained and kept clean. Pool clean and well maintained. It is a place I would definately stay at if in the area again.

It comes with a refrigerator and showed a cook top but have to pay more for that very miss leading but overall it’s ok

It was close to the cruise ship ports and some restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked pretty well. Staff was respectful and nice. And I got my room ready pretty quick. Bad cellular service, bad internet connection, bad tv service, sand all over the floor, fly infestation, doors didn’t shut all the way, dirty shower, bad shower current.

The hotel was good but the room we had the AC didn't blow or cool too good. Rooms are a little small especially if you have kids. Tkids. The pool was. The staff were great.

Good value for the price! We got to park our car for free, while we were on the cruise!

We ended up having to go find another hotel after 9:00 at night. I booked ahead so I wouldnt have to worry- it was awful! Hotels.com was NO HELP. They transferred me around many times and ended up telling me to call the hotel. I did get a refund, but HOTELS.COM and STUDIO 6 WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.- I dont care what they rate. I regret I didnt go talk to the gentleman and his family who checked in as I was checking out. That Galveston hotel was packed with people who had no idea. Please people, for your own protection, learn how to check hotel rooms for bedbugs. Don't take a single piece of luggage into your room until you have checked it.

Our stay here was short and we really just needed a place to sleep and shower. Bring your own body wash and shampoo!

Location and it was clean They gave an upstairs room and We needed a downstairs room went to exchange room because my mom has broken foot and she had a hard time walking up the stairs they said they couldn't cause of no rooms
