Clean Rooms and comfortable beds

The room was clean staff was helpful.

Staff was great place and room were nice and clean. Only thing is parking sucks and you pay $29 a day and can’t even find parking. And our king size bed in our room should probably be replaced. It’s sinks in the middle of the bed. It’s two blocks from Disneyland that’s what we came for so that was good.

Spent about 40 minutes to find the parking spaces.

Staff were friendly Great location for shops and restaurants Pick up and drop off bus stop for Disneyland and Adventure Park was just outside the hotel.

Location was good about 10 minutes away from Disney First room we were given was an accessible room it wasn’t what I booked but I could look past it. The problem was the room itself was dirty. Carpet was stained had somebody’s hair in the bathroom. Went down and asked to be moved the night manager was very sharp with me told me they are booked solid and only had 1 other room I could change too which was also a disabled room. I asked to see it first to see it was ok. The girl that showed me to the room was lovely and kind I looked around and agreed it was better than the first so we moved. The night manager then abruptly asked me how long it would take for me to move my luggage as she had to clean the room “I’m saying is dirty” as if I had lied. The room we ended up moving too was just ok it was cleaner than the first but still not to the standard I would expect from Marriott. The only reason I have given it a 3 is for the lovely girl that helped me and the location, other than that I would rate it 0. Wouldn’t return and to be honest made me wary of other delta-Marriott hotels

The guest rooms and common areas appear outdated. The carpeting is worn and stained, the drapes look old, and the beds are no longer comfortable. After a long day at Disneyland, guests should be able to return to a clean, modern, and comfortable room, but that was not my experience. Another significant issue was the condition of the electrical outlets. Several outlets in the room did not work properly, making it difficult to charge phones and other devices. In today's environment, functioning outlets are a basic expectation for travelers. The biggest frustration was the parking situation. Parking is limited, and many of the spaces closest to the entrance appeared to be occupied by hotel employees. These spaces should be reserved for paying guests, especially families returning from Disneyland with children, strollers, luggage, and souvenirs. Guests should not have to compete with staff for convenient parking. Given its proximity to Disneyland, this hotel has great potential, but it needs substantial upgrades. New carpeting, updated beds, refreshed room décor, functioning electrical outlets, and better parking management would greatly improve the guest experience.
