Hotel was great. I got there to check in and Hotels.com had not sent them a payment for my room that was confirmed three weeks prior. They also had it for the wrong day. The hotel staff was good in getting the wrong day cancelled and getting me a room. I had to pay them again for the room even though I had a printed confirmation in my hand for the correct day from Hotels.com. showing paid. Very unhappy and concerned about Hotels.com.

The hotel was a convenient stop on a road trip. It was clean and convenient and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Decent breakfast spread. Only complaint, I thought it was a little tacky that they had a bedazzled jar sitting out for tips in the literal middle of the breakfast counter, front and center. That’s just me though.

Location is conveniently located to I 75 and restaurants are plentiful for dinner. The available breakfast was average. At check-in and checkout the desk personnel were no where to be found and had to wait several minutes for them to show up. As it turned out in both cases in the PM and AM they were in the back office area taking a break or something. Noticed a camera located on the ceiling behind the desk they must use in the back to watch the front desk, who knows. Never had to wait like that to check-in or especially checking out in the morning anywhere like that. Very aggravating when one wants to get back on the road .

The room was spotless, and the electric blackout curtain wad a genuinely nice touch — exactly what you need when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep before race day. The free breakfast was solid, and there’s even a First Watch right nearby if you want to mix it up in the morning. Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the whole stay felt effortless. If you’re coming to town for the marathon, Keeneland, or really anything in the Lexington area, this is a great move.

Hotel clean. Needs maintenance. Our door creaked like a haunted house. Toilet handle broken. Breakfast wasn’t great. One day no milk. One day no spoons. One day no eggs. Ran out of coffee. With so many mid-level hotels in the area we probably would not stay again.

Everything was great except the temp in the room. Can't turn it down below 66. To me the room was hot and stuffy
