Building is non smoking, but I room sure smelled of smoke! Bathroom was musty, dirty, and out dated. We would have stayed somewhere else if everything wasn't booked. The front desk people were very friendly.

I don't think the room was ever cleaned. The carpet was dirty and sticky. There was crumbs in the corners. There was something sticky on the table below the TV. The shower had stains in like it hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. I honestly couldn't tell if the sheets were clean or not. The shower curtain was ripped. There was also stuff on the wall. I mentioned it to the staff, she said she would talk to the cleaning staff but when I returned nothing looked different which was disappointing. I didn't bother with the free breakfast based on previous reviews. I wouldn't stay here again. The price was a little ridiculous for a dirty room.

The room was neat, clean and comfortable for the discounted price. I missed not having in-room coffee service, but the fact the TV wouldn’t play (battery in the remote??) was a real pain, and a maintenance issue. Plus, there was no one at the desk to ask about it — manager was outside smoking. 😕

Room was very clean. No sofa chair to set on only desk chair or set on bed. Staff was great.

The room was smaller than expected but comfortable. Because we were there only one night the room met our needs. However, if we were staying longer it would have been a bit tight. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The cost was higher than I felt the value of the room warranted. The breakfast was sparser than comparable value hotels.

Because one of the best hotels to stay in Georgetown, but the rates fluctuate a lot. One day will be $79 a night the next day will be $179 a night. It is close and convenient to everything but not worth more than the $80 a night you spend for on average

Location was good. The room and bed sheets were so dirty. We had to keep our clothes on and sleep on top of the covers.
