Staff was amazing!!l Room was clean and refreshing

Room was better than expected. Staff check in was courteous. Breakfast was nice, a variety of hot and cold dishes. All areas of hotel was spotless. Location was great, easy access to venues. Definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, but felt the beds were a little hard, we are used to softer mattresses.

Mayra from this hotels management team is stealing money. This hotel swiped my card directly on site for incidentals multiple times claiming it didn’t work. It went through twice, and posted to my statement. When I asked to refund, they claim Expedia “never paid them” for the nightly rate booking that was separate, so they’re keeping the extra charges. I sent them the Expedia charge for the nightly rate from my statement as well showing it was charged and paid, but they won’t respond. I’ve now paid the full nightly rate through Expedia + incidentals hold twice direct with hotel + parking. I also got a parking ticket from the city even though we paid for parking with the hotel, and had to call/email multiple times to get that resolved. The staff here are extremely unhelpful and inhospitable.

Our stay in the hotel was pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Wonderful pillows. So nice to have bottled water as well.

Paying for parking was the only issue

Rooms were good, but staff was amazing!!

Our room was nice and spacious! Loved that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for use. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool-super nice and refreshing especially for summer weather in Phoenix. This is our 2nd time staying with Hampton Inn and we will definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and professional. Not sure why this hotel charges 18 for parking when they had at least 100 spots that weren't even used all night.

We had a great experience. We definitely will be staying here again. Andy was a great host and very professional. He Made us feel very appreciated with great customer service. Breakfast Buffet was spectacular, my kids loved making their own waffles and adding their toppings.

Good hotel for events and near westgate. Amazing location!! Hotel staff is super nice and helpful, they helped me with all my needs with no hesitation. Would definitely come back again.

Good breakfast, good gym equipment, helpful staff, and most importantly smoke free!

The room was a sweet, which was really nice. Lots of room very clean and comfortable. The pool was also amazing.
