This was hands down the best accessible tub I have had at a hotel. The environment was clean and bright and the room was so spacious. Great place. I will stay here again.

Rooms were great and large. Shower pressure was amazing!

Stayed One Night, A week ago - I still have a rash on my leg.

Good food, rooms were excellent, clean, plenty of room. Breakfast area... was CROWDED, so be aware that there tends to be a heavy load in there with not a lot of room, and... the seating is kinda weird. E.g. lots of "fancy" stuff instead of plain tables you can sit and eat comfortably.

Place was immaculate. very clean and staff were great!

Bathroom ceiling of 322 was water damaged (paint peeling) and slightly musty. A/C fan had intermittent rattle. Dinged me an extra night for early checkout. Breakfast was good. HIEx across street is cleaner and newer.

Overall a very good room and a very nice stay, I would definitely go back. Moms were big, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. The only negatives I saw were minor, there was some pink mold in a bathroom shower seat between the slats, and the pool was kind of chilly. Overall, a great stay

The stay was excellent I would like to personally say that Ms.Cindy and Ms.Rosa were exceptional they have great people skills as well as great personalities I would definitely recommend SpringHill to my fellow comrades for their stays in February,June and also in October as our convention stay fills up at the Embassy suites !

This is our 2nd experience with Springhill Suites and both were great. The staff was incredible, helpful and quickly responded to our requests.

Wonderful staff, always available to help. Great breakfast, many hot protein choices and changed up each day. Also waffles!! Also all complementary! Close to many things for young and old.

Staff members were friendly. Our room is next to the elevator and so much noise. Kids were running around and talking so loud. The room above us was also noisy The mattress was not comfortable

I liked everything about the property. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the smell of the hotel was amazing. It smelled so clean and fresh, which is a huge thing for me. For consideration, I do want management to consider providing shower mats. I have stayed at other Marriott properties and they provide a shower mat. The shower floor was a little slick and then when you cut on the water it makes for a slippery surface. And there was also no rail to hold onto in the shower. This is not a criticism. It’s just a recommendation to ensure that guests don’t accidentally slip in the shower.
