The staff was wonderful and polite, very accommodating. Would definitely consider booking if up that way again

No trash bags in the room. Clean towels that we never received and I had to retrieve after 6:00 pm our last night. Housekeeping extremely loud outside our door, slamming doors (by housekeeping) that resulted in walking up my husband before 9:00.

This was our second time here and we enjoyed it. The bed was great and we slept well. You have to be really ready to find Jackpot Road but once you get there you can get to other places quite easily--like restaurants, stores, name it. We enjoyed out breakfast again too! The server was friendly and helpful.
