Reviews
-
Beautiful location, great staff, wonderful property.
-
The place was amazing. You will have to pay $15 for self parking but they have valet parking as an option as well! The pool was nice and big also!
-
The beach views and pools were wonderful. The location from the hotel to restaurants off the property weren’t walkable from the street.
-
Rooms were super clean staff was amazing ocean view was exceptional. My 4 boys and I had the best time!
-
The ease of checking in and out was great. The view from the room to the ocean was breathtaking.
-
The rooms were great and so was the staff but we didn’t have hot water late at night.

Exceptional
-
Beautiful property, friendly staff!
-
The only issue was that the self-parking was far away and the loading/unloading area got super crowded, so trying to get my bags in was a bit awkward.
-
Private beach access Location Pool Perch restaurant Unorganized when checking in only a few carts for luggage unloading/loading one person to check in had a bit of a wait to check in because of these things Also they charge a fee I believe it was $15 to use luggage carts and they expect a tip we just took our luggage ourselves up to the 3rd floor Self Parking is a bit of a walk and is $15 day They have valet parking I think it was $20 day Our last day lots of seaweed and I know that’s out of the hotels control but I’ve never seen it that bad !

Everything was fabulous
-
Great place to stay. Two large pools (children / adults). Easy access to the beach.
-
The newly renovated hotel is nice. The new pools are great. Easy access to beach. Food at restaurants is ok. Park side view is horrible, especially when there’s a big blue dumpster right outside window. Get a gulf view room. Parking is in Egypt and $15 to self park.

The air condition wasn’t working and reported to staff and noting was done. And bed was real hard to sleep on we didn’t stay the whole time
