We had an overnight stay here while traveling - The bed was comfortable, the rooms were reasonably clean, the breakfast was alright. Overall it is what you would expect at this price point. Would stay again if needed.

The owners need to pay attention to the exterior. The grass has not been mowed and there is trash, wrappers, paper, food containers everywhere. Also rodent traps about every 4 feet along the outside walls….is there a problem there? The motel shares the location with a Hispanic deli/restaurant so maybe they need to work together to clean up the property. Also some rather shady folks wandering around outside that made us uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did not stay to have breakfast. I was not comfortable at this place.

This hotel stay was really good. It didn’t look great from the outside, but inside was nice, clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.

The location and the general cleanliness was satisfying. The first room sink was clogged from the first time I turned it on. The tv didn't work. I was told it would be fixed during the day but nothing was fixed. Also, the parking lot had people hanging out that were staying in the other attached hotel which seemed like a drug den.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The area is filled with tweakers! There is no security! There was a room across from ours where the hookers and pimps were up until the sun came up doing and selling drugs! The front desk guy accidentally coded a key to our room and gave it to a guy who thought he was going to the party room and he repeatedly tried to let himself in our room. He woke me up out of a dead sleep at 3am because the door kept banging against the security bolt! He ultimately picked up a duffle bag from the party room and left? Then the front desk offered us a late check out since I had a hard time falling asleep after dude tried to let himself in my room, but housekeeping tried to let themselves in at regular check out time. I called the front desk and told them to keep staff away until we left. However, when I was actively using the bathroom later housekeeping OPENED the door AGAIN! Thank god for the security bolt, that's all I have to say about that. Terrible stay. Hagerstown is infested with druggies that stay at the local quality in!

Not good. Both my room keys didn’t work. Very strong weed smell thru the 1 st floor. The front desk forwarded a crazy call to my room at 3:00. A.M. Very disturbing. Next room played tv loud all night, or maybe walls too thin. Desk person wasn’t helpful, since room was booked thru Expedia. Stayed 2 nights, one night ok, 2nd night was terrible. I checked out very early after little sleep. Obviously not a place I would recommend😩

Okay, you can find better, nicer, newer……but not better lit, easier to access, with any better staff, or breakfast….I had a nice 4 night stay and would go again without hesitation.

I ARRIVED NO ONE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK SMELLED HORRIBLE USED THE LOBBY BATHROOM WATER WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. VERY UNSAFE I BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD NOT LEAVE MY CAR IN THAT PARKING LOT THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED

It’s quiet despite being off dual highway There was a terribly pungent odor of marajuana. It came under the doors - literally everywhere! This is a no smoking hotel, that should be for all inhalants, not just cigarettes. Additionally the bedding, carpet, even pillows were old and disgusting.
