Accommodating staff. Great Location and simple yet comfy room It was a bit hot when we visited and the room did not have any fan or AC unit. The room would be better ventilated with a fan available. A fan should be placed in every room for a more comfortable experience.

Bathroom had black mold on the floor and on the shower head.

Ideal Location in the old town with shops, Restaurants, pubs, wine bars and plenty of old churches.

Great downtown location, right on the start of the old downtown and shopping street. Old rooms, but quiet. NO elevators. Winding stairway to and from the room. Check-in and Breakfast in Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Looks like the parent company. They have paid parking available nearby at a charge, but cant be booked in advance. About 1 km walk, but safe behind gates. Right in old downtown, plenty of restaurants, and the Heidelberg Ruines

very good location next to the old bridge in the heart of the old town The heavy smell of the restaurant when you enter the building, the breakfast was just adequate, there was no refrigerator or a bottle of water in the room.

Bathrooms head mould in the shower The pillows were the worst pillows I've ever had there was a spare one in the cupboard without any pillow case

I had one of the single rooms which was disappointing for the price. Cracks in the wall, Lamp at the wall is falling off so the wiring shows. If warm temperatures, you are dying up there as the single rooms are under the roof. No ventilator, smelly bathroom nor bottled water or an option to make coffee or tea as breakfast is not even an option to pay extra. Only double occupation rooms are eligible for breakfast. The owner became rude when I explained that I was not happy. He basically waved me away and started to get into a heated conversation by trying to justify why he wouldn't provide a fan to circulate the hot stale air or maybe a hot water heater for coffee/tea but also made me feel very disrespected as a guest. Until today my last email I sent to the property regarding directions was never answered as the direction on the booking.com site is incorrect. During evening hours, the Wifi connection is super unstable room is super-hot, no offering of a ventilator or fan to help with the hot air. No option for breakfast for single occupation. Staff gets easily offended if you express something about the room or the stay. No coffee maker, nothing to make up for no breakfast option

The location was really central and the staff was really friendly. The room was a good choice for the price quality ratio it offered. The room was not equipped with airconditioning and there was fungus in the bathroom at several places.

Location, friendly staff, functional and clean hotel room. Internal room overlooking the courtyard restaurant. Was sometimes a little noisy in the later evenings.

May need to advise to some the need to climb stairs
