Aloft by Marriott Henderson

Bad experience The experience was terrible and the staff was awful also I Stay for one night and I got scammed with $150 for some unknown charge.i am completely unsatisfied with Aloft. I don’t recommend this place/location to anyone else. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Parking was included, staff was polite professional and very helpful check on was easy and fast

Excellent stay

The staff at check in were lovely and warm. They interacted with my kiddos which they didn’t have to do, but it was a bonus. The check in area and bar had a pool table as well as a table to sit at with various games. We were situated on the 4th floor, with a view of the strip. We had a 2-queen bed room, and the room felt spacious. The room was clean and the set up with the bathroom made the room feel larger. There was a small refrigerator in the room. And at the breakfast nook area in the lobby I was able to buy a couple small bottles of milk for my younger kiddo and keep it in the fridge for him in the morning. The parking was free and that was a bonus too. We did not partake in the food or the breakfast nook in the mornings so I can’t speak to that. I would have liked a QR code in the room to access the bar menu downstairs; I didn’t figure that out until our second to last night there. Lovely accommodations, would highly recommend and stay there again.

Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was convenient and offered a good variety of options. Parking was easy and accessible. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

I enjoyed my stay at Aloft. The staff is great! The location is convenient. I plan to stay here again the next time I come to Henderson.

Very nice hotel!

I thought it was one of the designed rooms we've stayed in. It is fairly small but the details they thought about were great. Hooks to hang things on,steamer, arrangement of the shower. Comfortable bed. Nice 2 nights.

Our stay was difficult and disappointing. The room small, bathroom room area too small and room to noisy.

The concierge & Bar was the best part of the stay. One of the beds in my room had dried up blood on mattress & pillows housekeeping was not the best to communicate with about my concerns had to ask 2 days in a row to get the bed cleaned. Other than the bed, Property can use some love & care one elevator was in service. Downstairs reeked of sewer, & Mosquitoes were flying everywhere down in the lobby.

The room layout was strange with the shower and sink open to the bedroom. No privacy.
