Best Western Plus Las Vegas South Henderson

The pool was not clean, had ro get the skimmer myself and tey to clean it a little. It never got better over our 5 night stay.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Parking was OK. Breakfast was great property from the outside was dirty. Overall 8/10.

The front counter staff are all very nice and helpful. The hotel is an older hotel, but it's upgraded and is in decent enough shape. My room was clean. It is a modern room but with an older a/c unit. I didn't get the best sleep because the a/c unit rattles and the motor goes off and on. The bathroom was very clean and they give you little soaps and toiletries, which is so nice, since I forgot to bring my bar of soap. The breakfast is very minimal but I mean it's decent. Over all I would stay again.

This property was very close to my plans. When walked into room immediately was hit with a weird smell. Tried to turn on TV and didn’t work. Upon examination, the power cord was unplugged. Noticed AC wasn’t working. Found the power cord and saw AC was tripped. Reset it and it worked decent. The restroom also had issue.

We had a maintenance issue that was handled quickly and efficiently by the Director of Maintenance. Absolutely nicest guy you could meet. We always stay here when we travel to Vegas and highly recommend this property!

The room was clean and neat. The entire facility smelled amazing, the staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was great and convenient.

Staff was great! The cost for the pet is not factored into the expedia.com quote. They will add a per day fee to your total amount at the hotel. Carpet in the room if filthy, probably never cleaned. Bed is comfortable. Tub height is way to high very difficult to climb out of plus the shower has green lime in the shower head. Water pressure is great though, room is nice and cold. Breakfast is ok. Coffee was phenomenal out of the little machine in the dinning area.

The rolm was spacious and had everything we could need. Breakfast was really good and my kids enjoyed it.

We loved staying at this motel! Highlights for me were: the front desk staff (I can’t remember her name but she was super helpful, smiley & friendly), the comfy beds, the location, the pool, really clean room and the convenience of parking. I will definitely stay here again! Great place to stay!!

Location Old. Room refrigerator was very noisy

Graduation and were not disappointed. Would highly recommend.
