They gave away my reservation, and stuck me and my family in a room that was very inconvenient. How do they even get away with not selling me the product I paid for?

However, 1) Hot water not available in room or lobby. Coffee machine not provided, which can be used for coffee or tea. 2) Only one chair in room. Suggest providing foldable chair, one or two, save space but make lot of difference

Nice facility and clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool. I called after my stay because I had a question about my bill and they said they had no record of my stay. This was two days after I checked out. I even gave them a confirmation number from a copy of my bill that they generated and they still had no record of my stay. This is outrageous.

It was clean and conveniently located close to the airport. We were excited to be on the ground floor next to an exit for our early morning departure, but that excitement definitely dried up when we heard the door slamming shut regularly until about 12:00 a.m.
