DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport

All parking is pay only. Breakfast was not included in the packages offered on Expedia. It was an extra $22. Location to Dulles is good. The room was good, though the shower took an oddly long amount of time to get hot and looked like it wasn't updated in whatever renovations they obviously did recently.

Good choice for IAD. Not a practical layout.

Avoid this place , was never told you have to pay for parking on top of the room. $15 extra a day and if u have a guest same thing so $60 extra just to park and u constantly had to find a place

The hotel is nice but rooms are out dated. Our shower was not working properly at all. And we were told that there will be water in the rooms and there were none.

No complain other than parking sucks

Last min our flight was canceled shuttle service was great

The shuttle from the airport was so small and crowded and the driver was not organizing people so there were people whose bags were in the shuttle but they couldn’t get on. We had to wait 2 rounds (30 minutes) and had to fight our way on and stand in the isle. The bathroom had hair in it. The carpet was coming up and the beds were old and sagging. It was quiet though and the desk staff were nice .

The night staff was not very friendly they were rude. Then when you go to book the reservation, they do not tell you that you have to pay for parking just to stay at their hotel and you have to pay for parking if you’re using it while you are staying at the airport. I can understand paying for it if you’re using it for airport parking, but just to stay at the hotel you shouldn’t have to pay to park and they should let you know that when you’re checking in.

We boomed this location based on the indoor/outdoor pool. Hotel had zero pools. The website needs to be updated to reflect.

only con,,48 people for the airport morning shuttle that seats 12,,lots of people left behind....MR Hilton cant afford a bigger shuttle van....probably SHAREHOLDERS told him not too

Expensive breakfast and $15 daily charge to park but beyond that absolutely stellar!!

Parking

Breakfast was excellent. Tired decor. Tired staff. Checking in late at night...wasn't friendly. Day team were much more attentive. Hotel needs a good old face-lift.
