I ended up leaving and going to another hotel. If I were in charge at hotels.com I’d remove this property from my listing.

Clean room, attentive and helpful staff, ample parking, location near a Walmart & Target, plenty of sit-down and fast-food restaurants within 1 mile. Conveniently located off Airport Highway in Holland OH.

Nothing beds had burn holes key card didnt work i didnt even sleep it the bed it was so disgusting do not make the same mistake. Bed Bugs Lady with no shoes and socks at check in desk room smelled of smoke. Left after 2 mins of being in room itchy and needing a shower.

Location. Close to businesses. The room wasn’t clean. The floors were not mopped as you could see salt residue from previous snow days.

Location. Close to a lot of stores and food options Very run down motel. The door lock was not working properly, took 4’tries to unlock the door each time. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were awful. I went and bought some at a nearby store… the floors were not swept and even though it was a smoking room, the smoke smell was severely overpowering.

The room was gross.The bed sheets and mattress had a bunch of burn holes and the lights kept flickering and I have seizures

There was nothing good about my stay. The staff was rude. They refused to refund my money after the staff walked in on me naked. He then threatened me when i told him to leave my room. There were bed bugs and a broken TV and i was backed into a corner without a refund to stay in this hotel. Easily the worst place i have ever been. I was not compensated or refunded but instead i was threatened and sexually harassed.

I don't eat cereal Or toast, so there was nothing for me. More than one plastic glass. Broken drawers that wouldn't even open or close. Poorly maintained.
