Bed bugs and a tick on the pillow. Mistakenly reserved a week later than needed with a non-refundable rate. Hotel refused to allow a date change, so we paid for 2 nights we didn't use. Therefore, I'll leave 2 reviews about the horrible experience. We didn't even try to contact staff because it was midnight when we discovered the bugs and they don't staff the front desk after 11pm. I had to wait a while for the front desk person to show up for check-in but she was very nice and helpful. Do NOT recommend this hotel.

I didn't report this or even try to get a refund because earlier in the app I made my reservation and accidentally selected the wrong date by one week, just clicked on the wrong thing. It was an expensive mistake and I tried to get it switched but had a non-refundable rate. I wasn't looking for a refund, just fix the date. The hotel wouldn't allow it. So now I've lost 2 nights' charges on a run-down bed bug infested hotel I didn't even stay a half hour in. Beware! We booked it based on decent reviews so hopefully this saves someone else.

The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away.

No breakfast, don't think I will stay there again. Didn't care for the strange men standing outside.

Rooms are nowhere near the quality of the pictures on the site. Very dirty, many broken things. Unsafe feeling in the environment. Found another hotel and left this one. Was told they would refund us because of the quality issue but haven't seen a refund yet almost a week later.

However, there were several downsides. A number of people seemed to be lingering in the lobby and near the front entrance smoking, and the smell of marijuana was very noticeable when I entered the building. When I requested an extra pillow, I was instead given some wrinkled sheets, which was disappointing. The rooms themselves feel a bit dated and could definitely use some updating. Because of these issues, I will probably not be staying at this chain of hotels again.

Room was kind of run down looking. The kitchen was not stocked with anything. No way to try to cook if you were staying for a long period of time like their advertisement shows a person doing. Refrigerator was very very loud and in need of service. This whole experience was very strange. Too much to write.

Do not waste your money on this hotel. There were people hanging out just outside the doors smoking and yelling at each other. Most of the people obviously live at the hotel. I have no problem with this but they were acting inappropriate and not like I would want my daughters around. I was with my two daughters and didn't it feel safe. Then I got to the room and it was filthy. The floors were sticky, crumbs everywhere , counters were sticky. Bed was filled with crumbs. I went to ask if someone could come clean it and was told there was no one available and that I could clean it myself. That they had no one available to clean. I had to book a last minute hotel and pay way too much because I was not staying in this filthy place. Save yourself the time and money. Reviews were decent online so I thought it would be okay.

This hotel is awful. We will never stay there again. This is an extended stay hotel. There was no dishes, no silverware, no coffee pot, filthy stove top and burner, carpet was dirty and walls damaged and zero toilet paper. I nearly turned around and left before walking into the lobby due to about 10 guests hanging around just outside drinking, smoking and using foul language. While they were friendly to me it was NOT a welcoming first impression. We had just traveled 10 hours and I was exhausted. My wife stayed there about 10 years ago for business and said it was nice. We both agree this hotel is terrible on many many levels and we suspect that they are renting rooms now for low income housing.

We slept in so missed breakfast 🙃

Kinda run down. Elevator not working. Bed linens were clean.

The bed was generally okay, but the spring mattress caused some back discomfort.
