Rooms are kind of wore off but clean, and what is very important, with a good AC. Management is super friendly and easy to reach. We love this place and always stay there on our Florida vacation.

If you're looking for fancy this is not it but the room is clean and has a kitchen and full size refrigerator. What is special about it is the view from the front terrace with several comfy chairs and the location right along the boardwalk is prime. Parking is in the back if you arrange it with the hotel prior to your arrival. Beach chairs are available. Tony was great helping with check in and parking and when we had an issue one night with the cold water knob not working in the shower he quickly got back to me with the code to get into another room to use the shower. Everything was just seamless, completely the best experience. The manager went out of his way to help us with everything. Overlooks ocean on the nice patio and right on the board walk with lots of places to eat, shopping, nice beach. We'll maintained area. It is older place but very very clean and price is right and worth it.

The apartment is perfectly located and the check in process was very smooth, the owners contacted us before and provided all neccessary instructions The apartment has some damages such as not fitting doors which makes them very noisy and difficult to operate. It was also not the best cleaned before arrival, there were also some troubles with the bugs inside such as flies and ants. The sound insulation in the building is very poor
