The Pearl Beachside Apartments on Hollywood Beach Broadwalk

Property was great! Spacious, well appointed. Loved the location..steps to the sand and many restaurants, shopping and coffee all in walking distance. Jackie was great and very accommodating!

Property was steps from the beach, very clean, nicely decorated, had all of the amenities that we needed, and despite being right off the boardwalk was actually very quiet at night. Finding parking was a bit challenging at times.

First and foremost Jakie was great the entire time. The room was clean, great A/C m. Spacious, and prepared to stay in and cook. The picture made it look larger.

Location is great!! The apartment was fully equipped, nicely decorated, clean and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Steps to the Hollywood Broadwalk with lots of restaurants and stores. There is a small shared patio that faces the ocean where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while listening to the beach waves. The unit itself was very clean and fresh. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 full size beach towels, and full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers so you have even less to pack! Great water pressure in the shower too! This building does not have assigned parking, however, once you arrive, they send you an optional link to pay $21 a day for street parking & then you can use it all over town which is a great deal! We lucked out by finding street parking outside of our unit for most of our stay, but I think it was just good timing. Overall, we loved this unit & location and will definitely stay again!

If you're looking for a great Beach vacation look no further than the Pearl! It is literally a steps from the beach and around some great establishments to eat or drink at. We love the Taco shack

Ideally located to access the beach in the heart of the boardwalk. Loaded with extra amenities = beach chairs, beach umbrella. nicely furnished and decorated. Helpful staff. The shower rocks!

Great property! Clean, responsive, well appointed and perfect location

Location was excellent for access to boardwalk and beach. Managers were very friendly and gave us information about areas to see. The fence between our unit neighbor was in much need of repair. Looked quite unattractive on other side of fence with lots of animals.

Great location clean room

The location is marvelous. The accommodations are fine, a full refrigerator. There is a small convenience store across the street. This may be an age issue, but the tv setups were beyond my ability. Although not major issues, be aware that you are expected to remove bedding, wash the dishes, and take out the trash. Jackie was available whenever needed. I would recommend the room for short stays by the beach.

The AC a ceiling fans were perfect for keeping a cool temp. Everything was clean and arranged in a way that made using the place very convenient.

I hate dealing with hotels that don't have a front desk. I wasted over an hour trying to check in. It was a disaster and we had very slow response time to our questions until we got the problems resolved.
