Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven

This wasn’t my first time here. We typically stay here once or twice a year. Great place for the price. Convenient to restaurants and shopping if you are looking for this.

Worker were very good. But as I walked out my door room 318 the ceiling almost hit my husband in head feel down we reported to staff and it sat there on floor in front of my room over night. Then part of the ceiling across from the room feel down again as I walked down the hall I seen more ceiling had fell down. It is very dangerous. Nothing was ever said to us like sorry and I had to check out a day early due to my husband health and was still charged after all that. But your staff and the kitchen staff out standing. The stay was definitely more than expected. Love the room. Definitely gave apartment. Felt like home. Will recommend 10:10.

Stayed as we were traveling back to Illinois from Florida. We were traveling with a 13 year-old and a dog and the staff was incredibly helpful. The two room king suite was amazing, and the breakfast was definitely better than most. Top shelf coffee as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Desk personnel extremely helpful. Would love to have more single bed rooms with a walkin shower. Harder for older people to get in and out of a t ub shower.

I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.

Nicest place I have stayed for the money. I joined the Drury Rewards program after my stay and booked another.

The beggs were hot and fluffy and the waffle was heavenly.

Staff for breakfast was great, but front receptionist seemed bothered.

Breakfast, dinner, cleanliness cable stations could be a lot better

I loved this hotel. They offered free breakfast and dinner. This saved money. The most important thing is that the staff was amazing.

The full breakfast each morning and the evening "Happy Hour" dinner were fantastic and helped our family vacation budget tremendously. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen staff, everyone made us feel comfortable and right at home. My kids are already asking when we can come back, which says it all!

The staff is fun and always happy! Food is always good and the drinks be on point!

I had to get up and go to work but I did enjoy the breakfast and coffee.

There was traces of big chunks of dried mud throughout the hotel floor. The back stairwell by the exit sign smelled like pee. The hotel staff were never ever behind the front desk. You had to call them on the phone if you wanted anything.
