Too expensive, that was not a problem until you find out they do not even let you a bottle of water in your room.

We had a great stay.Loved the location of the hotel anything you need is around you.The NRG stadium is a 5 minute walk.The staff was great.

We came to watch World Cup game. This hotel is adjacent to the stadium. Very convenient to walk to the game, without worrying about parking and traffic jam. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location to nrg stadium was perfect easy walking distance. Facility is not fancy but functional.

More than half of the tv channels didn’t work and the shower head was super low for anyone close to 6’ tall

The toilet in our room was not working properly and it was uncomfortable during our stay. We had to flush up to 3 times for everything to go down, and the water looked like it was going to overflow. Fortunately, it never did, but it was inconvenient and should be fixed. Overall, that part of the stay was disappointing. The location

Front desk personal was annoyed when we checked in. Pool was very dirty. Door handle to bathroom fell off. Bartender was on her phone instead of helping customers. Took 10 minutes to get service AT the bar. Patrons at tables had to come up to bar to ask for service. Thinnest walls ever!!! Could here everything above us, next to us and coming from the bathroom.

I loved how close it was to NRG stadium and had the gated parking. The weird underbed lighting that was motion sensored - we could not turn it off.

There was construction going on i the hallway and was no safety barriers to help

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had any issues. However, my recent stay was different. I'm not sure if they changed the mattresses but I woke up feeling like I had slept on the sidewalk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
