Gave some issues with the pet deposit once my guest arrived after another shift left and did not file it, causing almost 30 minutes worth of issues.

Rooms are clean but cobwebs on the hallway. Hotel staff unavailable to help or even provide any assistance.. I remember I asked for toothpaste and still waiting for them

Poorly maintained. Very load AC and pool filter running all night. Dirty hallways. Garage was strange to enter as gate opened outwards almost hitting car.

It was terrible experience, never again. Room smelled like an old basement, toilet dirty, carpet with stains, floor dirty and sticky. Entrance to the garage very dangerous, garage door hit my car, even though it says opening outward they should draw a line how far the door is opening. Especially when people coming to the hotel late at night, and it is hard to see how far garage door will go. My family and me woke up with terrible headache because of this smell at room. Paying 170 dollars for motel quality terrible idea. Please avoid this hotel at all cost. Terrible maintenance and they don't care about people, just money.

What i don't like is I have mot received the room holding deposit refund. Hotel said they would hold some of my money and give me back on check out. Not received yet

Customer service was nice & friendly but the hotel & room itself is humid, musty & outdated

TV in room 302 was damaged and the halls had a slight odor. Other than that breakfast was good and hotel was quiet. I like the private parking as well.

The elevator closest to our room was out of order. We had to walk a long way to the other elevator.

breakfast was great forgot my blow dryer went to use the one provided in the room and it was wrapped in paper and was all sticky and gooy

It not walking distance to the galleria mall.

Nothing Window shades were so dirty and tattered I hated to put my hands in them to pull them down. The carpeting was dirty. The whole room was such a disappointment for a combined $220 stay. Paying for parking for what? Ridiculous.

The location & comfort. The air conditioner was quite loud when it came on and startled me awake twice. The hallway needed vacuuming.

Staff was nonchalant. Hotel didn’t seem safe. Guy with ankle bracelet hanging around the hotel. Overall dodgy and yuck.

Location The a/c was making loud noise every time fan goes on. It was very annoying and we couldn’t sleep.

Nothing evening was great . I came with a large group of ppl & everyone enjoyed they stay.
