I know the property was having some renovations but this was not a problem or interference for the guests.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. But our recent trip was awful. No amenities. The first time we stayed there was breakfast and general hotel amenities like shampoos and soap. This trip no breakfast, no toiletries, and had to ask for toilet paper. The first night of our stay we didn't sleep much due to excessively noisy air conditioner unit and refrigerator and an unidentified source of other noise. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep. They moved us to a different room thankfully. Our second room had the smoke alarm go off at 4:30 - 5 AM Saturday while we slept. We thought the hotel was on fire. But no, it was only going off in our room and there was no smoke or anything. The person at the service desk was oblivious though the sound carried all the way up front and had to have woken up everyone in rooms near us. The clerk didn't care, so I had to pull and deactivate the alarm in our room. Not hard but it seems like something staff should be concerned about and would want to investigate in their own interest. There was no offer to accommodate our inconvenience at being woken up for more poorly maintained equipment in the hotel. Both rooms were infested with little flies, possibly fleas. It was gross. We only needed somewhere to sleep a few hours for 3 nights and we couldn't get that 2 of the 3 nights. No customer service. No toiletries. No way to sleep through the night. No reason to stay here ever again.

We had 2 rooms and one room the TV didn't work very well. Only got 5 channels. Washer was broken. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The place was clean and tidy, the AC was effective, and staff was friendly and helpful. However, the shower was lukewarm or even cold and the mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Had issues with hot water but staff was responsive. Undergoing renovations

Nothing A no hot water sign posted at front desk to let customers know of the inconvenience. But Is booked online while driving and mistakenly did for a day later than me arriving. Nobody could help and barely spoke English at the front desk to help so I paid for a room for that night in another hotel. Couldn’t get my money returned. Came back the next day to stay the night and had to leave and lose money for the day I was leaving and could not stay in the hotel. Roaches crawling in the room especially in the bathroom in the open

No hot water for a day, card kept not working and had to keep getting a new one. Tried upgrading us for no reason even though the couches have pull out beds. but a clean space to sleep for the price

The room had no hot water, and no hand soap or shampoo.

People hanging outside, air broke, phone not working an Tv. Dogs barking in rooms this was literally a circus I got my money back an found another room that was clean an peaceful.

Needs an elevator for senior citizens…

Room was clean. We were two people for 2 days and we had two small bars of soap. Two coffees that weren’t the same kind. Overall, the stay was ok for the price paid.
