Exceptional

The breakfast was very good with Western and Japanese food The drain in the bathroom smelled.

Wonderful hotel with warm japanese hospitality. The added onsen was a treat, definitely go there it helped me to get a good night sleep. The breakfast had variety and it's always nice to have a meal included. Not the most affordable hotel but given its proximity to the station and wonderful room and onsen, It is recommended.

The room is efficient and has everything you need. The bath is fabulous. Wifi was good. It was more expensive than similar rooms in Kyushu. I also think there may be a mold problem. I wish they allowed early check-in when the room is ready.

Incredible Japanese breakfast, with mackerel, tamagoyaki, miso soup, etc. Efficient location and great value.

Location was easy to find and close to the rail station. The breakfast was very good. The provided soap/shampoo/conditioner is one I used before and very nice. Staff was very helpful and could manage in English when my very basic Japanese (and the translation apps) failed. Be advised that this is a typical hotel room which means for an American it may seem tight and that the bathroom will seem cramped. The provided desk has a mirror and seat for putting on your makeup or other tasks so it is no difficulty. On the downside the onsen indoor soak was out of service but the outdoor was available which was just fine by me. Very helpful after a 10 mile walk day! My one complaint was that the room was exceedingly hot. I went down to ask for a fan and was immediately given one which did the trick.

Good location - close to the station. Its a small town so everything is about a 15 min walk away. Breakfast was good. The only reason I stayed in this hotel and Imari overnight was the onsen. However, when I checked-in, the pamphlet said you cant go there with tattoos. I had some stickers to cover my tattoo, but I still couldnt visit the onsen, which was the sole reason of booking the hotel in the first place. Nothing indicated I couldnt visit on Booking, so as a precaution I even had tattoo cover-up stickers but still couldnt go. Very dissapointed. Hotelroom has seen better days (dirty bathroom walls, scratched wallpaper, dust).

Hotel is located within walking distance to train station and Tourist Information Center. Across the road is Daiso and Aeon if any household items are needed. Lawsons convenient store is 5mins walk after the Tourist Info Center. The rooms are a little old with worn walls and furniture but everything works. Everything has been maintained and nothing is broken. WiFi is fast and Amenities are plentiful. Staff speaks English and were very helpful during check-in. Open air parking in front of the hotel is big and free. Easy to find a spot. There is a common area in the hotel with free flowing soft drink and coffee. The laundry room (on floor 4 and floor 8) also have a microwave and vending machine. The buffet breakfast was included with the room and it was a generous spread. Alot of cooked food and it keeps getting refilled until half hour before closing at 9am. Overall the hotel was exceptional value. The free flowing coffee is not very good.but it is free though. The Dontour instant coffee packets provided in room was better.

The hotel was clean and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. The rooms were small, especially the bathroom.

Good location but to get there from station is a bit annoying as you need to go around as there is no direct crossing. So you are wasting extra time going around but that city problem and hotel fault. Hotel is great. The usual old fashioned business hotel. Staff were great. I skiped breakfast so not sure about it. I want tried the hotsping either but not sure if if it is tatoo friendly tbh.. I had good stay overall. Wished my room was a little but higher though. 2nd floor is a bit low.

Really enjoyed my stay in the center of Imari. Very clean facilities and the Onsen is definitely the highlight. Breakfast was delicious, great value for money.

Sentou was nice, room was quite quiet. There is a supermarket nearby. Bed confortable Woke up because of the sun
-
the onsen, the bicyces, the breakfast woken up early by a noisy train - wear ear plugs!

The hot spring faculty next door is a suprise bonus for the stay. Nothing for the low price

There are not much choice for hotels in the area near Arita and Imari. So just pick one that is available. First and foremost the front office staffs can't communicate in English. The bathroom not only small but the facilities were not working (water not flowing well in the bathroom).
