Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis East

We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. The check-in clerk tried to charge me twice for the stay. The room smelled like cigarettes and we found a wash cloth stuffed over the smoke detector. The tub in the bathroom had calk missing and what appears to be black mold. There was no exhaust fan on the bathroom. The refrigerator was not working and appeared to be unplugged. Although the floor appeared clean, our shoes squeaked like it was sticky. The ice machine was malfunctioning. The breakfast provided was so unappetizing we ate at a nearby restaurant. The coffee machine was not adequately prepped and dispensed "colored" water. We will never go back to this hotel.

Pictures cant be from there. The whole place stinks, is dirty, and is poorly maintained. The refrigerator and exhaust fan didn't work and the floor was sticky.

The grounds and the room itself were clean enough. The bed was creaky and the curtains were difficult to close enough to block out light.

Well I stayed in 2 separate hotels one on the east side when I arrived I only had one face towel in the room for 2 people when I asked for another she told me I had to wait until the morning when housekeeper came in didn't understand that but ok so I had to leave and go take a shower at relative house cause I only had one face towel I stayed for 2 nights there cause it was already booked ok so when my stay was over I went to get another room at Baymont on the other side of Indiana and when I checked in there I didn't have a tv we couldn't get anything on it so we went to the front desk and the lady told us that she was there by herself and she couldn't help with it but she would have someone come look at it around 12am well with nothing to look at I'm going to sleep so I called and told her don't worry about it now she could have just gave us a different room that had a tv but guess she didn't care cause it wasn't her I just see how they treat people that visit there city

no eggs, sausage looks weird.. the poorest breakfast I have ever seen. One time there was no coffee. Sweet bread, and the waffles were okay, however, just skip it, the day start better with a different breakfaste the beds weren't made for like most of the stay, however towels were changed sometimes. the hotel smells musty, and the staff was very rude with a passenger without needed to.

The rooms were as expected besides the extreme smell of smoking. And they were not smoking rooms The smell in the place

Nothing Dirty, rude lady at front desk, was locked out of my room after being gone all day had to yell and complain to get fixed they acted like it was my fault they locked me out. Sheets not charged they just made bed, bed bugs

Nothing The toilet was broken, the floor in the bathroom was sticky, the doorknob on the door into bathroom was broken. The freezer in the fridge was caked with ice. It had an odor in the room.

Nothing,hotel old and needs updating,for the amount paid for a one night stay it was deplorable,never again!!! The smell of cigarettes,the old metal beds. The dirty,filth tub that I refused to get in,just old and outdated,needs to be torn down
