The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was very nice.

Room staff and breakfast was great with plenty of parking. Water fountain was broke and only water available to change only so we had to go to the gas station to get some waters. Small complaint. Otherwise we loved it and was perfect for the Indy 500!

They finally request for a refund Website inaccurately said pet friendly. Denied us a room on arrival after pre-paying on booking.com.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was average for a hotel. Overall a good stay. The area itself is not a happening place not much around that’s the only downfall. Stayed for the Indy 500 not to far from the track or downtown.

I like that even though we’re close to the major highways, it’s quiet. The only thing that I have a problem with are the walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbors conversations.

It was very clean, the staff were so nice and they let us check in early and pick the best room for us. Staff were very attentive and friendly Pillows were not that great.

The room I had was still dirty. The bathtub still had hair in it and on the walls of the shower. There was dirt and dust by the beds.

Na One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Booked room in advance. The day of check in, I called early in the day, 10-11am, and advised the employee who answered that I would be late to check in as I was staying there while working as a travel nurse at a local hospital and I would not be off work until midnight. They assured me this was not a problem. That night when I arrived after work and went to check in. The clerk at the desk seemed annoyed I was there and was incredibly rude to me. He cut me off multiple times while I was speaking and asked me the same questions over and over, but would interrupt me when I tried to answer. He was given a paper copy of my driver's license. This should not be a problem for him since this is what the DMV now provides while you wait for the plastic license to be mailed. At first, he told me that he would not accept this copy and asked if I had anything else with my name on it. I showed him several other forms of ID with my full name, address, and picture on them (the criteria he said he needed even though all that info was on the paper license). After seeing the other forms of ID that all had the info he was requesting, he decided that the paper drivers license was fine. He provided me my total and asked if I was paying in cash. I said I would use tap to pay. Clerk said that they don't have tap to pay at all. I find it hard to believe that a major hotel chain doesn't have tap to pay. At this point, I opened my reservation email from booking. There is a link in the email where you can pay online. I asked him if I could pay like that. He said yes, but that if I did I would have to pay an additional $100 deposit. When I said that was fine and he realized I was going to pay the additional money, he stopped me and told me that I was actually not allowed to do that either. He then told me that I could only stay if I was able to go to an ATM and withdraw cash. ( By this point it was about 145am). I was not going to do...
