Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis West

Staff was fine--quick and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The air works great. The bathroom was falling apart in some areas like the towel rack hanging off the wall. Everything worked though. Parking was easy with plenty of space.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room could have used an air freshener. Breakfast was very good.

Not clean at all. Out dated

Property is poorly maintained. Pool was disgusting and out of commission. The site was our “view” from our room. No elevator. Unhoused person living in the lobby area apparently. Morning or night this person was camped out at the same table. Our room was choking us out with the stench of Fabuloso concentrate.

Just the location So many things. Lack of cleanliness. Broken elevator, broken desk chair, missing security door latch, shower knob broken, bathroom vent disgusting, stained chair and ottoman, carpet needed cleaning, stairway dirty, windows too.

It was cheap and it was quiet. smelled bad, needs updates badly, just gross

Bed was good the place was clean Hot water in the shower. Orange juice for breakfast needs more choices for food. Coffee should be freshly brewed not out of a machine

Parking was easy. Breakfast could have been a little better, same thing every single day for 5 days.

The showers need grab bars installed-this will help a great deal with older travelers like myself. Overall, it is a nice facility that just needs cleaned up a bit on the outside.

rate bedding had stains

There wasn’t enough meat choices a lot of people don’t eat pork products. I would suggest turkey products to be offered as well.

Evaluator broken, ice machine broken. Overall appearance decent but old worn looking See above. Mixed it up.

It was close to where we needed to be The entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. The room had a very "dirty" feel to it.

The room was dirty. The bathroom smelled so bad like smoke you couldn’t go in and close the door without choking.

The elevator wasnt working and before checking in she saw i had 2 children with me and still booked me on top floor. The rooms were eh, iv stayed in worse. Would I come back? No. But it was a place to get some rest thats about it.

Beds were clean No pool

The room smelled like mildew. It was very uncomfortable

Our stay was terrible. No staff at the front desk. We finally checked in and there was so much marajuana smoke in the hallway that we almost called the fire department. The smoke was coming into our room and we got no sleep that night. The staff does not monitor the hotel. There was no breakfast at 9 am. UNACCEPTABLE! We will never stay in a Baymont hotel again.
