Shower definitely could have been better

The stuff was helpful The pool and hot tub was great and fun

To be completely honest, the bathroom was dirty. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub, and the hallway carpets were very filthy. Inside the refrigerator, there was spoiled food left by previous guests. The room itself was very dirty—lots of hair, trash on the carpet, and a smell of marijuana. Honestly, I do not recommend this place.

Pretty run down. We had a lot of bugs flying around our room. The sheets, mattress, and walls had many stains.

The room was okay, but the environment nearby hotel and parking lots doesn’t seem that safe.

I highly recommend not wasting your money and stay else where. I’ve stayed in older hotels before but this place was extremely unsanitary. My number one issue was blood being on my partners pillow, the actual pillow, not the cover as well as a stool by the window. This was brought to their attention and we were met with rudeness and saying they didn’t have access to the laundry and could only provide another pillow case. Another issue we came across were ceiling pieces in our shower, on our towels and all over the floor. It was clear to see the ceiling above the shower had been redone, multiple times but after the latest fix there was no cleaning done. My partner, mother and I are all very disappointed in this place especially after spending the amount we did.

I loved all the things on the location, the view was amazing. The scenery… The bar was awesome. The whole vibe was good. It could have been a little bit cleaner, the bedsheets.

This is the first hotel that I have ever check in and checked out within 30 minutes of arrival. Everything was dirty. All of the furniture in the room has some sort of stain on it. Walls

The lake behind the hotel was neat. Geese and their babies greeted us in the morning, looking for snacks. That’s was probably the only highlight of our stay besides the food at the bar/grill. That was good as well. Decent for an overnight stay.

The Bar The staff I was stuck on the elevator for 30min and they was rude to me because I was scared rooms was clean but a smell

Breakfast was as to be expected, waffles cereal muffins and coffee. The fitness room was well stocked and everything worked. The rooms were clean and nice. The hall ways got messy daily but the staff worked hard to clean them up in the evenings. The best part was the open air atrium with pool and hot tub and live trees inside. Very beautiful!
