Staff was very friendly. Room was large and spacious with lots of luxurious touches. The hotel itself is so unique and interesting and very well laid out. We loved the wide corridors and all the art deco features. Fascinating history as well.

The property is GORGEOUS, the design is well done and thoughtful throughout. The rooms were huge (I got a standard king) and the bathroom was amazing and felt luxurious. I left my phone charger and my watch the next morning, realized it 3 hours and 1 state later on my roadtrip. I called the property and spoke with the front desk (Amanda), she tracked down the item and shipped it back home for me at no charge. Above and beyond, fabulous stay! Nothing

My wife and I spent a very peaceful night at Bottleworks. Every staff member that we interacted with the parking attendant, desk staff and room service staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel is very nice. Bottleworks is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in that Mass Ave area. I felt very safe walking in the area of Indianapolis. Thank you for a great weekend Bottleworks.

This hotel never disappoints every time we stay. So close to amenities and activities in the city, too. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. Can’t complain!

We did not like the bed pillows. The staff were very unhelpful. The information as to availabilities and locations, etc, were totally absent.

Loved our stay here! The room was perfect, and the hotel is so unique and stunning. Loved the convenience to coffee, shops and restaurants.
