The breakfast worker was very nice and attentive. The late night worker took very long to assist us. 5/10

Staff gave out personal guest information which is a direct violation of their privacy policy and extremely concerning if this is how they operate I do not recommend

It covered the basic needs.

The ceiling in the shower had black mold and that area had a leak while taking a shower. The night manager said he couldn’t do anything about it and was not willing to notify the manager. The day manager was unaware of the situation until I showed her a picture of the ceiling. She was upset because she was unaware of the situation and took the room out of service and would look into it. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Bed had a big dark stain. Breakfast was also underwhelming and was not eaten.

There was a problem with our check-in because we did not get the room we had originally booked. But the manager was excellent and took great care of us to help us understand why that happened and then compensated us for the error. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will be returning.

Have stayed here 4 times in the last 3 months. Always a clean room. Staff is always welcoming. Monte that works the front desk is ALWAYS so helpful!! (He remembers my name, I have stayed so many times now). This is my go-to when my son plays baseball anywhere near Indy/Brownsburg. Breakfast is an added bonus!

Very basic, dated rooms. Comfortable stay but the hotel needs updating. The staff was awesome!

A budget stay for those that could use it. The staff was courteous and respectful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, went off-site to explore locally. The beds were not very comfortable. We had two Queens. One bed was super soft, the other was super firm. Pillows under-stuffed and flattened immediately. Again, great for those looking for a budget-friendly stay.

Loved the location. I was surrounded by restaurants and dining experiences, as well as shopping. I enjoyed friendly staff, and loved the breakfast bar and was able to get coffee and water whenever. N/A

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF BAD BEDS!!!!

This location was fine. A few issues I encountered. The AC unit was kind of weak. Fan on it was not very powerful. The comforter was a little too stained for my taste. One last thing, the room (single king) could have used an extra seat. Like an arm chair or love seat.

Property was clean, but pretty beat up. Food did not look good. $5 for can of Pepsi. Thin walls. Wouldn't stay again.

The staff were all very kind and provided the best aervice
