Breakfast was pretty decent but that’s the only good thing about my stay.

We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights. The front desk staff were amazing, both day and evening staff. They were all Friendly, cheerful and helpful. The welcoming culture of the staff was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the daily breakfast but had an issue with our towels not being replaced. In spite of placing them on the bathroom floor and being told by the front desk lady (when we said we were leaving for the day) that they would replace them right away, when we got back to the room about midnight from being gone for the day, they were still laying there. So, the next morning we told the front desk and they gave us clean ones to take up to the room. Then we asked Housekeeping for additional toilet paper, as it was about empty. I missed not having bacon at least one day in our 3-night stay. With the high $20+ taxes on top of the room rate, the good breakfast helped justify staying there instead of the less expensive nearby Comfort Inn, but we'll have to reconsider that decision the next time.

Didn’t get to stay the hotel was overbooked and had to stay at another Fairfield hotel in Plainfield and still had to pay for that hotel room and I still have yet to get my money back from the Fairfield Hotel in Avon

Too many problems during my stay at the hotel

Card keys doesn't work. It happened every day. Worst experience I ever had. I was coming in at 1am and frustrating to see it takes half hour to get in to the room. First day the attendant did not how to make the keys working for a while. Second day same thing and she had to come and open the door as she couldn't make it work. Worst experience of my life. Didn't expect this from. Marriott where I am a shareholder. Staff keeps saying new system. They should train the staff. My no is 571 426 4827

Someone was smoking marijuana on second floor, the card key system didnt work so staff had to open you room every time you wanted to get in, the gym also needed access through hotel staff and the hotel didnt offer any compensation for the bad situation.

The staff member that was working at the check in desk on Sunday evening 3/29/26 was very nice & helpful. The housekeepers and the ones setting up the breakfast greeted us and was very nice as well.

They accepted my reservation, but they do not have a room for me and they suggested a poor hotel about 3 miles away for me. This is my terrible experience.

Soiled sheets, broken tv that they were unable to fix, warm, not hot water, no trash can liners

perfect location charging me double making me pay for 2 rooms after i already paid for them online.

Room temperature was easy to control. Breakfast was hot and good. Everything was clean. Staff very friendly. Planning on staying there next time.
