Air Conditioner in the room was not working. Hotel was fully booked and could not get another room. Bathroom door would not shut. Ice maker on our floor was not working. Hotel did not offer anything for these inconveniences. Complementary breakfast was fine. Overall will not stay at another Comfort Inn again.

Room was terrible! Mold on ceiling in bathroom, window cracked and could not see out off, outlet was hanging out of the wall and the door was somewhat painted if that is what you called it. And for $180! I felt like it was a trap house!

Room needed repairs. Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean. Some functional issues with water inside the hotel and outside with the pool but we're resolved immediately. Room maintenance needs improvement but an overall good property at a reasonable price.

No issues with this property except it’s a little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was helpful, room was fine and breakfast was good. Would stay again.

this place is dirty and disgusting

Room needed serious updating. Curtains would not close and were falling off. Lots of water damage and mold and rust in the shower area. Bathroom door would not close completely. AC unit barely worked. It would only run for a few seconds and then shut off. Very musty smell in the room as if it had been smoked in. TV cable kept coming loose and the remote barely worked. The only good things were the staff and the breakfast.

Decent stay for Indy! Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Location was not that far to venue

Bump on the floor of the tub made showering very slippery! Potentially dangerous.

This hotel is easily 10 years past when it should have been torn down. A motel 6 would have been a better choice.

Property could use a major remodel. Elevator seem like it’s needs word. My room the entertainment Cabinet was missing wood at the bottom, ceiling was missing a long strip, bathroom door was missing a nice size piece of wood. Overall it’s a 5/10 stay

Decent room for an overnight stay

My room was right by the street, the noise was terrible, could hardly sleep. Don't know why they put me in room by the street with all the noise. Looking for a refund from comfort inn.

Clean room,friendly staff. Needs an indoor pool and better parking. Breakfast was average.

Free breakfast. Location was ok for Lucas oil. Friendly staff and outside sitting area The hotel needs to be renovated VERY badly. It looks nothing like the pictures. I definitely did not feel like it was worth $250. My kids were actually kind of scared when we walked in about what kind of room we’d be staying in.
