Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room was quiet. AC worked well even on 3rd floor. Only complaint was that we needed to shower right away but we didn’t have any hot water. I texted the hotel and they had someone come up to fix it within 30 minutes but we were on a time crunch so my daughter had to take a cold shower.

Amazing stay will be my go to from now on!
-
Is currently underway construction on the outside...and was hard to find...but accommodations were very good
-
The rooms were so so clean. Nice size and could spread out.
-
I liked how they reached out to ask if I had any comments or concerns. I shared my concern with them and they were quick to fix it.

Just thought at a nice hotel like this there would be complimentary coffee for guests in the morning . It would be a nice touch for those wanting am coffee before conferences .
-
The construction around the hotel demanded a new path to get to the main entrance, but the signs around the property and adjascent blocks IS TERRIBLE!!! YOU MUST MAKE IT BETTER!

clean, staff didn't speak very good English which made navigating construction to the hotel hard. Lack luster directions on emails and warning emails

The hotel was great. The staff was not helpful.
-
Room was clean. Beds comfortable. There were two trains inside the hotel with trains cars the length of the hotel. It was so unique. The entire hotel was picturesque. All the staff were helpful except the valet driver couldn't drive our manual vehicle. Would stay again.

He stayed in the train car and it was a neat experience. Really had a great time.

Excellent stay and experience

The staff was great and the building is beautiful, but some areas were run down. The area felt somewhat unsafe at night.
-
This is one of our normal “staycation” choices but this time it seemed like something had changed. Checkout took forever as it took two of the staff seemingly not knowing what they were doing. The room didn’t seem as clean as normal, shower and bedding not 100%. Mid morning someone used a key and opened our door, not sure how that happens either! Might think again before we visit again sadly.

We were in town for Indy weekend and paid $600 a night to stay. Our AC was not working all three nights and by night three we were brought two fans, one which we had to put in the hallway bc it was so dirty. The desk comp’d our parking, but on race day my husband that has a heart condition fell ill enough to no be able to attend.

Beautiful and intricately designed hotel inside. Loved all the historic touches plus early 1900’s railroad/train theme. Very clean and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was all the construction outside the hotel so we usually had to Uber in and out from The Spaghetti Factory restaurant which was close by. Otherwise it was very nice for our stay.

Since there is a new hotel being built across the roadway there are under construction signs and detours, the staff are quite happy to help. People are extremely careful and helpful to give information from places to visits to restaurants to try.
